Sterling's BBQ is a great tasting BBQ catering business with southern style homemade sides and desserts made with a lot of love.
Our food is seasoned to perfection and is inspired from family influences. As children we grew up around men and women that cooked food without recipes, and they focused solely on taste and ensuring that those that partook were 100% satisfied.
As a catering business our goal is to strive for perfection and to make others happy merely by the taste of our food.
I offer a wide range of smoked meats along with other seasonal foods such as crawfish etouffee, seafood gumbo, and other special foods which separates me from all other catering businesses.
We are now located at the Grand Prairie Outlet Mall Thursday through Sunday.
